I love chocolate ! And was quite pleased when I was invited to a event at Hotel Chocolat . The director Angus Thirlwell , was there to tell the story behind Hotel Chocolat . They grow their own cocoa beans on the Caribbean island of St. Lucia, where you can get “The full chocolate experience”. It’s here their Hotel Chocolat is located! Here there are suites, spa and a restaurant. They are very focused on innovation , originality and ethics to create the perfect chocolate. And yummy it’s delicious! We tasted both the upcoming Christmas collection , champagne truffles, small canapes with salmon and white chocolate and much more.
Besides edible stuff, they also make perfumes and creams, with chocolate in of course . In the shop there is a cocoa bar where you can get cake, snacks and hot drinks, I have to take my sister for a treat soon . There is filled with delicious chocolates for any taste , dark , light, with spices , nuts etc. I have to do some Christmas shopping when the time is approaching.
